1. Professional Service Standards
Lotus Shield Solutions provides on-site specimen collection for drug and alcohol testing. All health-related services are performed by certified professionals in strict compliance with federal guidelines (49 CFR Part 40) and industry best practices. We act as an independent collection agent and do not provide medical interpretation or legal advice.
2. Regulatory Compliance
Clients and employers are responsible for maintaining their own internal workplace drug policies. Lotus Shield Solutions ensures that the collection process meets all administrative and procedural requirements for valid reporting. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety protocols are not met at the mobile collection site.
3. Donor Obligations & Integrity
All donors must provide government-issued photo identification at the time of specimen collection. Any attempt to adulterate, dilute, or substitute a specimen, or any refusal to test, will be documented and reported to the authorized representative. We maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols to ensure results are defensible and accurate.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
In no event shall Lotus Shield Solutions be liable for employment outcomes or legal actions resulting from laboratory findings or donor behavior. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional execution of the specimen collection and transport process. Cancellation Policy
At Lotus Shield Solutions, we understand schedules may change. Our policy helps ensure efficient scheduling for our mobile DOT and Non-DOT testing services.
1. 24-Hour Notice
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Late Cancellation or No-Show
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or situations where the collector arrives but testing cannot be completed may be subject to a service fee to cover travel and administrative costs.
3. Rescheduling
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.
